We've scaled ecommerce and digital health brands through paid acquisition, retention systems, and operational infrastructure — the specific levers that turn a product with strong fundamentals into a growth business. When we acquire a company, we bring a playbook built from running these businesses ourselves, not from a spreadsheet.

Post-acquisition, we focus on three things: building paid media channels where only organic existed, improving retention and LTV through lifecycle marketing and subscription optimization, and tightening operations — supply chain, margins, vendor terms. We're not financial buyers waiting for someone else to run the business. We run it.

Some founders want to stay involved through the transition — take some capital off the table while remaining part of the business they built. Great. Others are ready for a clean exit, knowing their business, team, and customers are in capable hands. We're built for both. What matters to us is the business itself — strong product, real retention, room to grow.
